Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbance will not be tolerated and may result in warnings up to eviction without refund.

Guests will be responsible for any damages to the property caused by themselves or their guests. The resort reserves the right to charge the guest for repairs or replacement costs.

A lifeguard is on duty at the pool, However, swim at your own risk. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. No food, glass bottles or containers are allowed in the pool.

The resort is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If found, lost and found items will be held for 30 days and then donated or discarded.
Payment Policy
The guest’s credit card will be charged upon check-in for the full amount of the reservation, including any incidental charges. Cash payments are accepted but a valid credit card must still be presented at check-in.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty charge. No-shows will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.
